Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Ancient Echoes Meditation sells both digital products and physical merchandise. Delivery depends on the type of product ordered.

Digital products
Digital products are not shipped by post. After your purchase, download instructions or a link to your files will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us at info@claranix.com and include your order number.

Physical products
Physical products, including T-shirts, are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Available shipping destinations, delivery options and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates, when shown, are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If there is a problem with the delivery of a physical product, contact us at info@claranix.com with your order number.

Orders containing both types of products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are shipped separately to the delivery address provided at checkout.
