Each item is printed especially for your order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@claranix.com with your order number and photos. Digital products
Because digital files are delivered electronically, purchases of digital products (music downloads) are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
